If it is a 4 cylinder it will take 4 quarts of oil (I think). If it's a 6 cylinder, it will take 6 quarts with the filter and probably 5 without. They have huge data bases and hundreds of people there who drive the same vehicle, encountered the same issues and are qualified to help.
