FRONT SEATING AREA, DRIVER SIDE, DRIVER SIDE OF STEERING COLUMN, MOUNTED BEHIND DASH UPPER PANEL Hi, Take a look in the fuse/relay box under the hood near the washer fill. The flasher unit should be closeset to the engine. Just to be sure, you should disconnect the neg battery cable too. Steve H.

The Turn Signal flasher is located on the drivers side, passenger side of steering column, under dash mounted near cigarette lighter. Optionally it can be mounted under the dash on the drivers side of the steering column. The Hazard flasher relay is mounted in the exact same locations.

I have a 93 deville,still have not found the turn signal flasher and the signal lights stopped working,but after checking if all the lights were working I found one small blub burnt out in the back set of lights,I removed it and signal lights started working again if anyone find the exact location please post,4 way flasher is easy to find ,signal flasher a problem On the 92 deville, the turn signal flasher is on the driver side (Left side) of the steering column. It is above the fuse block and is difficult to see. Move the wires and you will see that it is close to the hood release.
