The Arctic Circle is not a specific region with a fixed population. It encompasses parts of several countries (such as Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Canada, and the United States) where populations can vary widely. Overall, the Arctic region is sparsely populated compared to other regions of the world due to its harsh climate and remote location.
