6.5" However, you will need speaker adapters for a standard 6.5 to fit into the custom speaker holder in the door. I just bought a set for about $10. They fit perfect. Also, you may want to get a set or two of wiring harnesses. These will connect to the existing speaker connectors in the car and then a perfect fit to your new speakers. Then you will not have to cut, splice or soldier any wires. I got 2 sets for about $15. Hope this helps.
