What is the factory thermostat setting for 2004 trailblazer 4.2L?

The factor thermostat is a 190 deg F setting. The gauge reads as anywhere from 190-210. The gauge reading is a glorified idiot light as all the information on the cluster readout is from the PCM. The readouts for the temp, and oil pressure are kind of a low medium and high readout and are not actual readings.
