What is the firing order for a 1990 Ford Aerostar Xl 3.0L?

hi, firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6,u most put your first piston to 1 by turning the cam,u should need help to do that.u put the plug number 1 out u enter sumtin small in the plug chamber then u turn cam until piston is at his max then u can put plug in place, munber 1 is located like folowing
