V6 : 1-6-5-4-3-2 V8 : 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 Driver's side is front to rear 1,3,5,(7). Passenger side 2,4,6,(8).

The 1990 G20 Chevrolet Van fuel relay switch is located on the front of the fuel tank. The relay switch is next to the fuel pump.

Not sure about a 1992, but a 1993 G20 fuel pump is definitely in the tank. It's an electric, turbine-type in tank design. My understanding is the 1991-1994 are all the same.
