There is a #1 cylinder mark on the distributor. This year Accord came with two different distributors. One was a distributor that was bolted on. The #1 cylinder mark is located on top next to the # 1 plug wire location. It has a 1 plainly stamped into the cap. The other distributor snaps on with snap type connectors. You will find the #1 listed on the side of the distributor under the # 1 plug wire location.
