first remember the order of the wires. then individually remove the wires then take a extension with a 5/8 sparklug soacket and loosen it.
It means exactly what is says. Cylinder # 1 is misfiring and not firing all the time. New spark plugs and wires should solve the problem.

Possible problems: 1.Check the firing order of your ignition wires. 2.There could be a water inside of one of the spark plug socket,remove the spark plug and insert a clean dry cloth inside to dry-up the water.
