The flasher box in the Mazda MX3 is the plug in that controls the flashers for the turn signals and also the hazard lights. This part is located under the dash on the driver's side, just above the brake pedal area.

They didn't stop production of MX3 in 1995, I have a 1997 MX3. The main fuse box is under the bonnet just to the right hand side of the battery. The other fuse box is in the drivers footwell by the door.
