You need 60 psi or it will not start.
The upper intake manifold must be removed to gain access to the fuel pressure regulator.
A 4.3L engine with throttle body injection (TBI) would require 41 to 47 psi fuel pressure.
The 1994 S10 has a fuel pressure regulator located in the throttle body.
A 1995 S10 with the 4.3 L TBI requires 41 to 47 psi fuel pressure.
Fuel pump pressure. Should be around 40 psi. Fuel filter possibly clogged.
It is in the fuel tank.
Have a fuel pressure test done. A 4.3L should have 60 to 66 psi, a 2.2L should have 41 to 47 psi.
