What is the fuel tank capacity of the Volvo 940'93?

i have a 1993 station wagon, last winter my gauge sotpped working for a bit and runout of gas, filled it up. 25 gallons, 5 gallons is your reserve. ------------------------------------------------------

OK, so I don't know about wagons or what the person above said, but my 95 940 has a much smaller tank. It has roughly 19.5 gallons in its gas tank. The most I filled it up was 19.4 gallons while my car was barely moving to the gas station (I was going 10 mph, couldn't go faster). If you look at the manual it says 19.5 gallons, 5/8 gallon after the fuel light comes on. I personally think its closer to 1 gallon or even more after the fuel light comes on, but I've never filled up more than 19.4 gal.
