the one on the trunk pops out easy with a small flat head screwdriver be careful not to scratch your paint on the trunk..
There is a latch that u pull up on by the button that pops,the trunk.

I have a 1975 Eldorado and there is a button inside the glove box to push. It pops the trunk lid open. Hope it works for you.
If you are changing the inside light bulbs (the one that is located on your trunk), you just remove the white casing inside the trunk and the lights are right there. Just twist a little to the left and it pops right out. For the ones on the outside (they are not located on the trunk itself), there is a plastic cover that easily pops off.

This answer is based off knowledge of my '95 skylark, take it with a grain of salt because it could be different. On mine it is located on the drivers side, on the lower left panel of the dash. It should have a plastic cover that simply pops open.
