probably a pomarainian or a german shepard maybe both!

I don't think that anyone has ever officially measured fuzziness! Pomeranians and Bichon Frises can be very, very fuzzy. Show Poms look like little round balls of fluff, but it takes some work to keep them looking like that. On the large end of the spectrum, Nordic breeds like malemutes, Keeshonds, Huskies, and Samoyeds are very fluffy. German Shepherds aren't "fuzzy" exactly, but they are double-coated and they shed a lot. If you are asking because you want a very fuzzy dog, get yourself one of those dog books from the library that describe all the different breeds, and pick the one you think is the prettiest--and that also has other characteristics that you like. If you are asking because you DON'T want a fuzzy dog, talk to a groomer about who sheds the least.
