All of the countries in Central America are technically categorized as being in North America. They are relatively small countries. Most have a coast line on the Caribbean Sea on the east and the Pacific Ocean on their western coastlines. They are not known as being mountainous. They contain tropical rain forests and are subject to large tropical hurricanes. When huge amounts of water from large hurricanes sweep on them from the Caribbean Sea, they sometimes cause huge mudslides which in the past have destroyed villages and caused the loss of many lives.

Climate,geography,and resources.
Both Central America and the Caribbean Islands are located in the same region and share similar geographic features such as tropical climates, lush rainforests, and a prevalence of coastal areas with beautiful beaches. They also both contain a mix of mountainous terrains and volcanic activity, contributing to their natural diversity and beauty.
Physical geography focuses on understanding the natural environment and processes that shape the Earth's surface, such as weather, climate, landforms, and ecosystems. Human geography, on the other hand, studies how human activities and behaviors interact with and impact the environment, including topics like population distribution, urbanization, agriculture, and cultural landscapes. Both branches of geography are interconnected and contribute to a holistic understanding of the relationship between humans and their environment.
Central America is part of the North American continent, although it seems separate.
Latin America is conformed by all nations in the Americas that are south of the United States: Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America.
Depending on where are you taught geography, Central America is a small area which acts as a bridge between Mexico and South America, and lies within the larger North American subcontinent. That being said, Central America touches Mexico and is within North America. On the other hand, if you refer to "North America" as the United States, Central America borders Mexico, which also borders the United States.
Due to the climate and landscape in many areas of North America, Native American populations were able to move around and not worry about drought or a lack of food. For this reason, you will not find many large kingdoms or empires in North America like you would with the Olmecs, Mayans, and Aztecs in Central America and the Inca South America.
The anagram is Central America.
