The Canadian Legislature is organised into two "houses" The lower house is called the "house of commons" and the upper house "the senate"
Proposed legislation is discussed first in the lower house and on approval sent to the "senate" who also discuss it and approve or send it back to the commons for modification. The proposed legislation must pass both "houses" before it can be entered into the statute book and become the law of the land. The system is based on the British parliamentary method as are most democracies around the world.
it is structured by monarchs, senators, and parliament members
The Canadian Parliament is made up of two different parts. The upper house which is called the Senate and the lower house which is called the House of Commons.
Poorly but we are unable to revise or amend our Constitution to change our party based democratic system.
Constitutional Monarchy

We do not yet have one. If we did it would likely be the Apple, or Rhubarb or Blueberry. Apples do not grow in most of Canada so I would not vote for them.
