These head bolts are NOT torqed using a torgue wrench. They are turned according to the manual a number of degrees past initial contact to the head to achive the correct tightness. Warning, the bolts are "one time use" only because they are designed to stretch as you tighten them. Re-using them will result in breakage of the bolt in the block.
