There is no "healthiest" dog breed. Long ago, prior to the mainstream popularization of dog shows, certain "working" breeds were among the healthiest, but in modern times this no longer holds true. Almost all dog breeds have had their health compromised for show or other aesthetic reasons to some degree. The most obvious examples of this are the English Bulldog and the Americanized German Shepherd. The few exceptions that remain are generally found in poorer countries that cannot afford dog shows and because they also cannot afford specialized veterinary care for many health problems that arise, thus the dogs bred in these countries tend to be heartier by necessity or simple natural selection. For example, German Shepherds of East German descent tend to have fewer health problems than those with an American heritage due to the impoverished conditions in which they were bred.
In general though, size is the one trait that has a rather linear correlation with lifespan. The larger the dog, the shorter the lifespan and vice versa.
The Labrador Retriever and Poodles are often said to be some of the most healthy breeds (when hip dysplasia is not a factor). So are most all mixed breed dogs available at shelters for adoption (even including mixed Labradors and Poodles) which usually are rated the most healthy since they don't have some of the breed-specific and bred-in problems of pure breeds.
Cross breeds (mixed breeds)crossed dogs live longer healtheir lives then purbred but only by a few years maybe even months so pures are fine too.But crosses still need the nomal vaccines and EVERY THING else others do so it doesnt really matter

Many people think a Labrador because they drink a lot of water, eat a lot of food and don't run to much if it is a hot day. Lab's are very smart.
A2. Dogs are naturally carnivores, but are also scavengers. Commercial dog foods from a reputable manufacturer will be well designed.

It is not healthy to have a dog eat raviolis always. The dog foods are made because that is what is healthiest for the dogs to consume on a daily basis. People food here and there will not harm the dog but always giving the dog human food can hurt them.
Dogfish mostly eat smaller fish. They also eat squid, octopus and crustaceans.
