Generally a BMI above 18.5 and below 25.0 is considered healthy. However, BMI is not accurate in some cases. If you have lots of muscle mass, for example, you'll weigh more, simply because muscle is more dense than fat. BMI doesn't factor in body fat percentage, though, which means having lots of muscle mass will lead to you having an "overweight" BMI. Also, if you naturally have a really thin frame, and high metabolism, you may fall in the underweight category when you're actually considered healthy. That's why you should take BMI with a grain of salt, and instead ask your doctor if you're at an ideal weight or not.

5' person should weight 100 pounds
for every inch above that add 6 pounds
you should weight 156


but this is very vague way of find you weight
You can use a BMI chart to find out but BMI is used to find a inactive persons weight.

Best way to quickly determine if you in good health is to measure you waist and height and find the percentage ratio between them generally anything below 50% is good
(a barbie doll is 25%)
