Whether for pistol or rifle, .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire ammo is loaded with bullets ranging from 30 to 50 grains. The standard seems to be 45 grains.
Both are measured in grains. However, when referring to a complete cartridge, it's typically used to describe the projectile (e.g., 130 gr. JHP is definitely a reference to the projectile).
If you actually mean power (energy), then yes several of the lighter bullet weights are more powerful. If you just mean a heavier bullet, yes, you can get a 50 gr bullet.
9mm Luger 115 grain ball for target shooting. JHP (jacketed hollow point) for self/home defence. If you can find itthe XTP bullet performs well in testing. Fiocchi 115 grain XTPHP is good if you can find it.
JHP means Jacketed Hollow Point. A copper alloy over a lead (usually) core, with a hollow point for dependable expansion.

You may be able to get an accurate 50 yards or better but the real problem is that 147 grain JHP 9mm bullet won't deliver sufficient damage to the deer to reliably kill it on the spot. If you give it a lethal wound but it runs away, the animal is wasted. If you can't make a head shot, use more gun.
