The answer to this question varies based on the vehicle in which the 350 was originally installed. However in '73 there were only 2 variants of this engine used by OLDSMOBILE. The data are as follows:
L 33 (2 bbl Carb - Delta 88 & Delta 88 Royale Models) 160 HP @ 3800 RPM and 275 lb-ft of Torque @ 2400 RPM L 34 (4 bbl Carb - Omega, Cutlass, Cutlass S, Cutlass Supreme & Vista Cruiser Models) 180 HP @ 3800 RPM and 275 lb-ft of Torque @ 2800 RPM These are SAE net values which were used beginning in '71 The N 10 Dual Exhaust option would have increased HP but I have no offical data to support this. Data provided by the 1973 OLDSMOBILE SPECS BOOK (Sept 1972). This is a Salesmen's guide to prices and options.
160 horsepower - 2 barrel carburetor 180 horsepower - 4 barrel carburetor
I believe about 170 horsepower
Chiltons manual says 170 horsepower and 275 ft.-lbs. of torque.
The bhp of the 455 olds in 1973 was 225 in delta wagons, delta 88, and olds 98-bhp for toronado was 250 and this engine was optional in cutlass-compression ratio was 8 to 1 with deep dish pistons. It has a 4.13" bore and a 4.25" stroke standard
170hp at 3800rpm 275 ft-lbs at 2400rpm
I think it s about 230, I know my 1970 has 250 and it s a 350-2 barl.
No The Olds 350 was painted gold from 1968 to 1974. The air cleaner had Rocket on it.

More bottom end torque!
Low compression, 2bbl carb = 230 hp High compression, 4bbl carb = 290 hp 1964 442 330 engine = 310 hp
