I have a 2010 SE Street Glide, Vance & Hines dresser dual headers, Rinehart 4" mufflers and a Power Commander, rest is stock. It has 88 HP and 110 Ft Lbs of torque. I just got it off the dyno.

Not that easy. HP is basically torque and RPM together, so you need RPM too to get HP.
Harley only publishes the Tq 102ft-lbs @3500rpm. I have seen baseline where HP#s of mid 80's. -- 1100cc Harley D is around 68 BHP based on something I read ages ago. But unlike rice burners they are not about BHP they are about cruising and torque.
