It depends what Honda you have. For the 1995 Civic the idle speed settings are:
D13B2 ENGINE......800+/-50 RPM
D15Z1 ENGINE......700+/-50 RPM
D15B2 ENGINE......810+/-50 RPM
D15B7 ENGINE......750+/-50 RPM
D16Z6 ENGINE......750+/-50 RPM
With the IAC valve disconnected (when setting up):
All Engines (except D15B2)...420+/-50 RPM
D15B2 ENGINE....................625+/-50 RPM
u dont set the idle the ecm does the setting througt the air idle conrtol. If it wont idle u need to replace the aic motor on the th0rottle body!
Fast idle motor is not functioning properly.
On throttle body. It lets in extra air at idle when engine cold and throttle blade is closed.
No such thing as a magna 750 vtwin. They're a V4, and the idle adjust is a plastic thumb screw pointing down right next to the choke.

mainly because your fast idle setting is not adjusted corectly when you turn a/c on, your engine should run a little higher to make up for the added load of the a/c compressor
To check the transmission fluid on the 1995 Honda Accord, just let the vehicle idle for a few moments on level ground. Then remove the dipstick and wipe it clean. Insert the dipstick and remove it again. This will be the fluid level.
If you have a leak in your vaccum system, it will idle a few hundred more rpm's than normal, the idle speed setting is all electronic and can't be altered.
