Unfortunately in most states, finding a job with a 4 year degree in Psychology, whether BS or BA, isn't always easy and is rarely lucrative if you want to be in the psychology field. If a person is really wanted a job in the psych field, it is often necessary to accept positions for which they are underpayed and overqualified. Most people need to go on to get a graduate degree to work in the behavioral sciences fields.
