That even though the Middle East and other countries claim to have suffrage, women are still getting beat, harassed, and raped on a daily basis and as young as 10 years old. "The issue" is that no one is doing anything about it because they can't, due to the fact that some of the horrors are apart of those countries "culture" or such.
