If by 'job' you mean what the descendants of each tribe would become, this is in Genesis 49. Of special note would be the tribe of Judah which would hold the 'scepter' promise (see 49:10) and the 'birthright' promise of material blessings and prowess' will fall upon Joseph - specifically his two sons Ephraim and Manasseh (see chapter 48) as Genesis 49:22-26 indicate.

There are some who believe the birthright is among the English-speaking peoples today, especially the UK and the USA. The scepter promise, these also believe was fulfilled by the tribe of Judah via the manifestation of Jesus during the 1st century AD.
