What is the keyless entry key pad entry code on a 2007 ford escape?
Each vehicle with keyless entry has its own factory code
In order to get the keyless entry code for your car you press 1-5-2-4-4-4-4-5-5-8-0 on the keypad. The vehicle has to be in neutral with the doors unlocked and opened. That code is the vehicle's new code. I'm not sure how to change this code to a different one, but at least you now know the code to your vehicle.
Look to the right of the steering column under the dash. I think the remote keyless entry is here & not sure if it's different from keyless entry. I'm not exactly sure if the computer that controls the keyless entry is what they're looking for - OR - the location of the factory set code for that vehicle. See "Related Questions" below for the location of the code
It is located in three places. First, On the keypad entry code identification card (credit card), found with the owner's manual at the time of sale, which appearantly you do not have. Second, in the memory of the keyless entry module, which the dealer can retrieve for you with a scan tool, and third, on a sticker located on the keyless entry module, the location of the module depends on what year Windstar you have.
Your vehicle has a factory set 5 digit code that operates the keyless entry system. You can also program your own 5 digit personal entry code as long as you know the factory-set code. The factory-set code is located on the owner's wallet card in the glove compartment. If that card is missing, see your local Ford dealer.
