It depends on what you mean by "largest church."
If you mean the largest church organization/denomination: the Roman Catholic Church with over a billion members.
If you mean the largest individual church (known as a megachurch): Deeper Christian Life Ministry in Lagos, Nigeria with 75000 attendees.
If you mean the largest church building: St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City.
The largest 'Church' structure in the world is St. Peter's Basilica in (Vatican City), Rome, Italy. Encompassing an area exceeding 1,200,000 sq metres, the area is vast and can accommodate in excess of 10,000 communicants. The building's construction was completed in 1626.
The largest 'Cathedral' structure in the world is the Cathedral Church of St John The Divine, located on Amsterdam Avenue on the west-side of Manhattan at 110th Street.
Currently, St John's, affectionately referred to as 'Big John' stands at 480,000 sq metres. However, after over a hundred years of construction work, the Cathedral remains unfinished.
The Cathedral's 'transept,' the transverse section which lies across the main body of the Cathedral, has yet to be built. This is the area set crosswise to the nave in a cruciform ("cross-shape"), completing the 'width' of the Cathedral.
Still, despite St John's incomplete nature, it draws over ten-thousand communicants on days such as Christmas and Easter, and attracts thousands of visitors each week - many who are not Christian, due to the unique and profound memorials within the Cathedral.

Depends on who you ask, but somewhere between 100 000 and 400 000. Islam is the second biggest religion in Sweden, the biggest is Christianity. Sweden is a Christian country and around 70% of all citizens are members of the Christian Church; Church of Sweden (Svenska Kyrkan), but only approx. 5% of those actually goes to church regularly. So it's not such a big difference if you think that way...
