You do not have to take those Birth Control pills at any age and not even your parents can force you. I suggest you go to your family doctor and explain your problem. There are other methods such as condoms. Birth control pills aren't particularly good for any woman, and of course the weight gain doesn't help. There are other birth control pills out there that don't put on weight. However, I am proud of the fact you don't want to put this garbage in your body. I suggest you really study on the web about safe sex and decide from there what you want to do. Your parents must have their reasons why they figure you need some protection against getting pregnant. Safe sex is the best way to go. See your doctor and don't be embarrassed. He/she hears this all the time. Good luck Marcy
no i dont think so
It depends on the state but roughly 16 years old (with parental consent) to 18 years or older.
no she doesnt she can go t oher schools nurse or teen health facility and get things from there such as condoms pills etc.
It depends on the KIND of parental care. I don't think there can be too much GOOD parental care. If we do not know our children well enough, too much can go by us and then it is too late. For instance, while they are in their formative years, we teach them every time we speak, so we must speak about things they can learn, e.g. "look at the bird in the tree", etc. and how parents talk to each other affects children too. We treat each other with respect, then they learn respect. Children live what they learn, and it is not EXCESSIVE, it is CONSTANT. Parenting is forever. Only, not in a suffocating way, only a little at a time. Nancy
Yes, it does have parental controls.

Parental controls is a feature where you can limit what you can do on electronics.
Parental Advisory was created in 1985.
The movie suggested parental guidance. His mom and dad attended the yearly parental meeting. For his children's safety, their father turned on the parental controls.
Teenage depression is just as serious as adult depression. It has many different causes and simply "being a teen" is not the cause. A teenager may become depressed due to a certain situation such as bullying. They may need help coping with a parental divorce or the death of a friend or relative. They may be developing clinical depression or bipolar disorder, both lifelong illnesses. Parents should get help for their depressed teens.
No. But you can get married at 18 without needing parental consent.
