Technically, yes. Your eighteen-year-old son/daughter is now considered by The State of Georgia and the United States of America as a legal adult. If your son/daughter will not leave after your discretion for him/her to leave, then you can go to your local court house and get a restraining order for a set period of time, in which they cannot return to your house for about a month. A month should give them plenty of time to start their own life.
