I haven't seen any laws governing dingos in any of the places I've lived. I don't know if, as a feral species rather than a true wild animal, they are regulated. It would be difficult to prove dingo content in a dog, as they have a rather generic appearance, and one could simply argue that it is a shepherd mix. (Since they aren't a registered breed, there is no written standard to refer to when trying to identify one.) I don't think most animal control agencies are on the lookout for dingos, or would know how to recognize one if they saw it.

No, marrying a US citizen or a permanent resident does not grant the illegal immigrant legal status regardless of whether there is a child involved or not.

Doubtful. Relationships do not change immigration status.
YES
The Fourteenth Amendment granted citizenship to all persons born or naturalized in the United States, including former slaves who were born outside the country. This meant that African Americans who were previously enslaved but born outside the US were now considered US citizens and entitled to the rights and protections provided by the Constitution.

No, plenty of people come to US "legally", and they are "legal" as long as their status is legal. Currently, illegal immigrants who came to the US without inspection - border jumpers, has no way to adjust their status to a legal one. Others who overstayed, etc, could possibly adjust their status under different classes.
