You probably have worn steering and suspension parts causing the front end to be out of alignment.
A truck may be leaning to the right because it needs a front end alignment. Getting this simple tune-up performed will have the truck driving straight, instead of leaning to the left or right.
They are adjustable three ways to align. That's 2 of the three. If you have uneven tire wear, get alignment done
This is very easy. Remove the nut securing the arm to the drag ling. Then, use a tie-rod separator to separate the arm from the drag link. Next, remove the two bolts securing the arm to the truck frame. Install in reverse order. Next take the truck to an alignment shop for a wheel alignment. Failure to do soe is likely to result in incorrect toe-in and rapid tire wear.
