There are a number of identifying flavors, the Middle East has spices and Arabic bread (pita, lavash, etc), Europe has herbs and baguettes, Mexico has the colors of it's flag. Red, white, and green, tomato, cilantro--jalapeno-- tomatillo, and onion. And yes of course, tortillas.
The drink-- coca cola, or pepsi, depending on which soda plant is nearest whatever city you're in. Or maybe it's whatever fruit is in season, blended and mixed with water and sugar.
