265
Answer:
265 will fit but still rub a little bit when you turn real sharp. but a have that size on mine and they work great.
I've had 265's on my 99 two door two wheel drive for two sets of tires and they do work great. On extremely sharp turns ,they do rub the stabilizer bar slightly but is no big problem. What you will really love is the look of your Tahoe with the bigger tires. The 265 75R size fills the wheel wells (especially the rear ones) more fully and makes the Tahoe look much more solid. The side view is especially improved so that your Tahoe will no longer resemble a Lowrider.Good luck and good driving, santanellakid Clovis CA
well i have a 98 Tahoe 2wd and i like the 31/10.5/15's on my truck there bigger and offer more of an off road look also there is a little rub but only when making u-turns
24's will fit a 97, 98 and 99 Tahoe at stock height without rubbing. -ID3516834418 Only if you have the right tire size and offset (backspacing). -Kiyap18
will a 255/70/16 tire fit on a stock 1994 ford explorer without rubbing
265/75/16 on stock wheel without rubbing. Any aftermarket wheel, especially considering backspacing or larger tire size will likely hit the wheel-well liner.
without a lift 265. maybe 285
31/10.50 without rubbing
The stock (OEM) tire size for a 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe is 245/75R16.
That depends on what options your truck has.

This matters if a 1500, 2500, or 3500...
yes as long as it a 6 lug
31 inches i have them on my 1999 and they dont rub
No, that tire is to tall (32.80 inches), a 265/35/22 (29.30) or 285/30/22 (28.73) would fit better. (Stock is 28.87)
