I don't know who Keynes is, though from the cradle to the grave infers a socio-political movement which ships human beings from the cradle to the grave administered through government and local authorities. Stripping the participant of a means to achieve above and beyond the subject is forced into a form of "de-evolution" where their life, from birth, is mapped, and lead to their death in a manner which exploits all facets of human understanding from the latest in pharm-key drugs, witchcraft, politics, organisational and economical orders etc... The soul of the person is then directed towards lower life forms, such as animals or plants, as they are surrounded and ritualistically drained of life and forced to worship a pagan like existence, and work in an environment designed to give them a death of a thousand cuts, rather than decapitation.

One could say the cradle to grave symbolises the care given by the social welfare system to let allow people the means to live from birth to death. What is really happening, is that the social welfare refers to those outside this system, as those in the C2G are deemed invalid, therefore subjected to this means.
