Buddhists don't have a concept of "paradise" which is equivalent to those in Christianity, Judaism or Islam. Buddhists believe that our experience of reality in the every day world is confused, and dream like. When we are asleep and dreaming, we aren't aware that there is another one of us - our waking selves - experiencing reality differently than we do in our dreams. Likewise, our day-to-day waking reality is not all there is, and through practicing Dharma, we can "wake up" to the true nature of reality. When we awaken in this way, we are enlightened, and that might be similar to other concepts of paradise, but Buddhists also believe that paradise or enlightenment is here right now, all around us, and all we need to do is recognize it.
The method for reaching that understanding of the true nature of reality varies amongst the different sects and paths that Buddhists take. One common method is meditation. When one learns to focus one's attention single-pointedly, one can comprehend the true nature of reality. There are various meditation techniques which all have the goal of awakening.
The way to reach paradise, in this case it is called Moksha, is to become one with god; a state of completeness. In order to do this, one must follow the four paths to Moshka. 1. The Way of Action: This involves carrying out certain religious ceremonies, duties and rites. The objective is to perform works without regard for personal gain. 2. The Way of Knowledge: This requires using your mind and philosophy to come to a complete comprehension of the universe. 3. The Way of Devotion: Salvation is reached through acts of worship, based upon the love for a God (there are thousands of gods in Hinduism). 4.The Royal Road: The use of meditation and yoga techniques. This method of reaching salvation is typically only used by wandering monks. If these paths are followed, this enlightened individual will supposedly reach Moksha, and cease to exist.
In Islam, it is quite simple.
103:1 CONSIDER the flight of time!
103:2 Verily, man is bound to lose himself ---- 103:3 unless he be of those who attain to faith, and do good works, and enjoin upon one another the keeping to truth, and enjoin upon one another patience in adversity. In Islam, it is quite simple.

Confucainism is NOT a religion, but a philosophical and ethical way of correct living. K'ung Fu Tzu, westernized as Confucious, believed we could live in a more perfect world by what he called beautiful living. There is no method of reaching "Paradise" as this was not K'ung's objective.
