33" tire is what we recomend
You can run a 35 inch tire but it will rub under suspension load. you will be perfectly safe running a 33 inch tire.

The maximum tire size for the 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the 3 inch lift kit is about 33 inches in height. Tires that are taller than this are not recommended for the Jeep Wrangler.

Yes, if the width of the tires are right. You can place 33" x 10" wide tires on 8" wide rims. Your tires will have a number like 33x15x10.5. This is a tire that is 33" in circumference, will fit a 15" wheel, and is 10.5" wide. Just verify whether you have 14",15" or 16" wheels before ordering. The width of the tire is the determining factor here. The most common 33 inch tire size is 33-1250R15, these will probably be too wide for an 8 inch rim.

I put a 3.5 inch lift on my 94 can run 31 inch tires with a good amount of clearance. You could also get 33 inch tires in there easily, but will be faced with some extra strain on the engine when it turns bigger tires.
