I'd say the Eizo 30". It comes with it's own calibrator and stand. The resolution on it is good enough to use it for x rays. That wraparound alienware one is pretty pricey too, but it doesn't have as much y res as the Eizo.
Projectors wise, there's a 4000 pixel projector that Audi use which would be more expensive again.

∙ 11y agoComing from someone who knows much of computers, the best monitors are Asus or Acer usually. That's not to say others aren't good. For additional brightness try the brightness setting, raise the contrast, and make sure the rbg (red/blue/green) balance is not set to cool.
