The most expensive app is IRA pro. It's a surveillance app mostly for business/car garage owners. There was one previously for approx 1000$ called I am rich, it was just a simple image of a jewel... The purpose of it was to show the amount of money able to be easily thrown around by the user. In conclusion IRA pro is still the top price.
