The land suited for the RVC's agricultural production was fertile with loamy soil. This soil type allowed for good drainage, moisture retention, and nutrient availability, which supported the cultivation of various crops, such as grains, vegetables, and fruit trees. Additionally, the land was often located in areas with accessible water sources, such as rivers or lakes, further enhancing agricultural productivity.
