not too sure but to whet your appetite i would start by saying Bella Donna or Deadly night shade which is the same plant or should I say a herb? it is very poisonous and extracts from it were used to open the pupils of a womans eyes to make them look more "attractive" hence the name "BellaDonna" which is Italian for "beautiful woman"

Add On: actaully the most poisoiness plant is the castor bean plant. as little as one berry can kill a full grown adult and there is no antidote for its poison. it contains ricin a type of poison that blocks proteins from the cells wich will kill them and will cause enough damage to kill a human

Add on: Castor bean is often incorrectly quoted as the most poisonous plant. The only part of it that is poisonous is the bean but actually the Oleander tree is the most poisonous plant.
