RAR is the most widespread format because it has so much compression that a 1-day download would take 2 hours. I am just kidding :P RAR is more widespread than Zip because it has much more compression. Use WinZip as a compression program, it is the most widespread. OR, use WinRAR.

To compress furher, you can downscale the resolution, from 4K to 1080p/720p, lower the bitrate, etc. The program I often use is VideoProc for it can compress video files with the least quality loss.
