They never stop growing.
Rabbit, mouse, beaver apparently all rodents
No. Their teeth do not stop growing but biting down on the wood so many times makes the Beaver's teeth wear down, keeping them smaller. If they didn't bite down trees their teeth would grow too long.
Your rabbit might be very old. If your rabbit isn't, check with your vet immediately! Teeth are very important to rabbits!
I don't think they stop growing per se, just that the act of gnawing helps wear down the teeth (i.e. shorten the teeth). They keep growing forever, though.
whats special about rabbits teeth is that that they never stop growing you'll need a chew toy or something.
As most living things do beavers DO continue to grow throughout their life. Thanks for asking, please ask again.
Rabbit teeth never stop growing, sort of like our fingernails. If a rabbit doesn't chew enough their teeth will not grind down and the teeth will grow longer than needed...sometimes very long ei. three inches. Rabbit's teeth have no nerve endings so if carefully done one could snip the teeth with clippers (you should probably get a vet to do this)
beavers are a rodent because rodents including mice. mice have large front teeth and love chewing on cheese or other things. a beaver also has large teeth like the rodents and love chewing things. p.s. i am only ten years old in grade five
Beaver teeth are huge! They grow in a half circle in the beaver scull, if they don't keep chewing the teeth will over grow and the beaver won't be able to chew anymore.
