There isn't an opposite day to Saint Valentine's Day, or at least not one that's part of an official calendar in those countries celebrating this traditional day of lovers.

Saint Valentine's Day commemorates the death of Saint Valentine, executed in Rome for conducting weddings between soldiers and their sweethearts, which was at the time against the rules of the emperor. While in jail, Valentine wrote notes to his jailer's daughter, to whom he was giving lessons in maths and history.

So, the festival associated with the saint involves sending notes, cards, or other tokens of affection to one's sweetheart, or prospective sweetheart, as well as celebrating the day in other ways, such as romantic dinners and so on.

The opposite of Saint Valentine's Day would need to celebrate the life of an unholy person or entity dedicated to keeping lovers apart, or to breaking up relationships; this person would probably have been especially against the exchange of fond notes and gifts between lovers.

At present, our calendar of holidays and festivals doesn't include such a day, but if one ever comes along and becomes popular, that will be the opposite day to Saint Valentine's Day.
