The opposite of a she-male would depend on the definition of the slang term. It is often applied to male-bodied transgendered people who retain their "male" genitalia. The opposite then, would be a female-bodied person who may have had his breasts removed but has not had "bottom" surgery (e.g. a phalloplasty). Such an individual might or might not identify with the term "transman" (a term subject to conflicting interpretation) or transsexual man.

Transwoman refers to a person who was designated male at birth (effectively born with a male body), but identifies as a woman and may have taken steps (hormonal and/or surgical) to attain a more feminine body and social identity.

"Shemale" applies specifically to a transwoman who works in the porn industry and has not had a vaginoplasty (that is, still has male genitalia, including a penis and testicles).

The "opposite" of a transwoman is a transman, a person who was designated female at birth (effectively born with a female body), but identifies as a man and may have taken steps (hormonal and/or surgical) to attain a more masculine body and social identity. There is no corresponding term to "shemale" for a transman who works in the porn industry. Buck Angel is a famous porn star who is a transman and still has a vagina.

*There doesn't seem to be much of a market in porn for masculine female-bodied people who have had their breasts removed.

Please don't use the word "shemale," it is offensive and dehumanizing, reducing a person to a fetish and sex object. Instead, use "transwoman" or "MTF (male-to-female) transsexual."

First, it should be noted that a "she-male" or "shemale" is a hybrid word, and most dictionaries consider it slang. It sometimes refers to sex-workers (prostitutes) who have male genitals and female breasts. But it also is used to describe a person who is partially changing to the female gender. In this usage, it only refers to a male who is partially changing to a female: another term for this is a "transwoman" (referring to transgender). The term transsexual is reserved for a person who fully transitions to the other gender will eventually get genital surgery. Some use the term postop transsexual to refer to someone after the surgery, but it is more polite to simply call them a woman (or man if they are transitioning from female to male). Many persons born with transsexualism dislike the term transgender and do not want to be lumped with crossdressers and people who will never get genital surgery.

There is a very thorough Wikipedia article about the history of the expression "shemale," and the link is below.

Now, the closest opposite here would be a transman. There really is no opposite to "shemale" since men with vaginae are not objectified the same way as women with penises. Shemale is mostly a pornographic term and highly offensive when used outside that context.

Taking the definition of transvestite to mean a person who wears clothes that are considered by society to belong to the gender role associated with a gender other than that of the person in question. If this is the definition used then the opposite of this is a person who wears clothes that are considered appropriate by society to the persons gender.
