Is it not on the outer cover? If not, the fuse block is not stamped or marked?
A fuse box diagram for this car can be found in the cars owners manual. It can also be found on inside the cover of the fuse box.
Its an inline use (in the wiring) that goes to the motor behind the panel.
It is located within the fuse panel. In order to access it, pull down the fuse panel cover underneath the steering column.

The fuse panel is to the left of the steering wheel near the brake pedal. In order to access the panel, remove the cover.
Clutch pedal lever. SWITCH IS AT THE TOP OF CLUTCH PEDDLE BUT THE OVER RIDE FUSE IS # 20 ON FUSE PANEL REPLACING THE FUSE WILL DISCONECT SWITCH.
When you open the door, the side of the dash that that makes contact with the door will have a little panel that says fuse panel
