7-7.6 ????
I don't know where this answer came from, but straight out of the bottle household bleach has a ph of about 12.6! This comes from several references and my own measurement with a Hanna meter.
The formula for household bleach is: NaClO
Household ammonia has 10 times higher H+ concentration
This is a basic material.
Household bleach is about 6% sodium hypochlorite and has a pH around 12 to 12.6 (Highly basic, or alkaline).
it is a base because it has a pH of 12.5
Bleach has a pH level of 13. Distilled water has a pH of 7 while the pH of black coffee is 5 and the pH of lemon juice is 2.
Soap is the most common There's also bleach and baking soda
Clorox bleach is 5% sodium hypochlorite. That's not exactly what you asked, but it's the only sensible answer I can give.
The pH of bleach color is 13.
lower the pH the higher chances of it getin killed because it will get denatured and at pH 7 or close to 7 (neutral) there would be good growth..
what is the pH level of bleach (sodium hypochlorite)
A solution with a pH of 12 is very basic (alkaline). The concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) is 10-12 moles per liter and the concentration of hydroxide ions (OH-) is 10-2 moles per liter. Household ammonia has a pH of about 12.
12.3222, but is sometime estimated to 12.5
