Hmmm. I am not sure what you are asking...If you are asking how to the default (home) start page for your internet browser, and you browser is Internet Explorer...Open the browser, Go to Tool, Internet Options, and choose from 3 options. I use "About Blank" as I prefer not having a default page
well the short answer is: when a user enters a URL, your browser connects to your internet connection and then asks the connections DNS (domain name server) and basicly searches for the address of the requested page. Once it finds it the DNS server forwards it back to the users browser and the browser connects you to the site. tempororaly storing image files and displaying text.
