The human population of the entire Arctic Circle currently stands at about 2 million people (contrast that with zero in the Antarctic).

These are indigenous people, many of them Inuit. Many of them are in Russia, Finland and and Norway. The Arctic Circle of North America is made up of about 3% of all the population in the Arctic Circle.
The most reliable figures I can find for the Arctic Circle, puts the population at around 607,252 people.

About 2 million people live north of the Arctic Circle. Most of them live in Russia (1.4 million) and Scandinavia (0.5 million), while less than 0.1 million live in North America and Greenland. The largest cities north of the Arctic Circle are situated in Russia: Murmansk, with 0.4 million people in its metropolitan area, and Norilsk with 0.2 million. The largest western city north of the Arctic Circle is Tromso, in Norway, with a population of more than 66,000. The largest city in North America is Barrow in Alaska, with more or less 4,000 inhabitants.

Due to its isolation in the far North, the Arctic Wolf is actually the only wolf species that is not considered endangered. They are particularly populous in Canada and Russia, both of which contain large tracts of unpopulated land in the Arctic. The most recent data I can find gives their density at between 1 in 12 square kilometers to 1 in 120 square kilometers.
