What is the procedure for replacing fuel pump on 1994 Buick lesabre?

The fuel pump on a 94 Buick is located inside the fuel tank. You will have to lower the tank and remove it from the vehicle, then unbolt the top ring, or remove the circular locking ring, (not sure which type it will have) and then lift pump assemble from the tank. I strongly recommend ONLY using a "Delphi" brand pump when reassembling the tank; these are available from Oreilly Auto Parts Stores: other brand pumps fail to quickly and cause you to re-do the job!! Delphi pumps are OEM equipment. Always replace the pump pick-up screen and inline fuel filter, to validate the new pump warranty. The hanger assembly, if the top metal lines are rusty, should be replaced as well. If this is the case, replace the hanger and fuel pump as a single unit. Otherwise, follow the instructions that come with the pump as to how to switch out the pump on your old hanger, (the part that holds the pump in the tank). Then simply replace the hanger and pump back into the tank, being careful that the O ring seal on top of tank doesn't slip out of its grove; if it does, tank will leak when fully filled for a minute or two, and therefore be dangerous. Replace tank up in vehicle. This is not as hard as it sounds. You'll need a floor jack to lower and lift the tank, and the tank should be near empty so it doesn't weigh as much. I also feel 2 people are better able to raise and lower the tank.
